Great service from every employee that we encountered. Food was great also. Staff were friendly, warm and on point.

I'm craving a burger from Applebee's . Yes this place has excellent Burgers and Nachos .
Also HAPPY HOUR ... I love a place that has Happy Hour. Mon-Fri 3-6 all bar drinks & appetizers are half price . Yes , you read it right HALF PRICE $$$
Guess what , if I order their Nachos (which I love) 1/2 price $$$ the boneless wings 1/2 price $$$ the mozzarella sticks 1/2 price $$$... You get the idea .
Our waitress's name was Kaylee . She did an excellent job even though she had to cover several areas due to a shortage of staff. Friendly, efficient and apologetic due to our food taking awhile before it was served to us .
That's why I'm giving 3 stars . It just took to long for our food to come out . This in no way reflects on the service Kaylee gave us or the quality of our food . She was great.
My burger was great as normal and my son's appetizers were delish . I will come back because their happy hour appetizers you just can't beat . I normally do not come to this location I go to the one near the Walmart in Chester . -

Staff good, customers trashy. Wish that the area had a better demographic so I could eat dinner in peace. This "restaurant" seems like it turns more into a bar after dark than anything. Also very dark parking lot, no street lights. Very limited parking, customers were parking beside the curb.

When you order carside, rest assure if you order riblets, they touch your food and give you 1 riblet and a quarter riblet but when you are in the restaurant, you get at least 2-3...there is no justification for anyone cutting a riblet into quarters when your money is the same in the restaurant and with carside orders. Won't revisit this establishment again.

It was around 10pm on July 4th. Late dinner for our sons bday(we asked what he wanted as his last meal as a 6 year old and he wanted the pretzel with chicken tenders and French fries). Food was fine. Service was below average. Men who worked in the back sounded like they were fighting but apparently they were just "discussing football or baseball" and always get that way. Kind of scary if you didn't know what was going on and very uncomfortable. Moreso worried for the safety of our 7 and 13 year old if some kind of fight did break out. Never got one of the appetizers we ordered. Kid loved his meal though so he was happy enough. Won't be going back to this location.
